Ketogenic Approved Spaghetti with Keto Garlic Bread Recipe

Keto Approved Spaghetti

Do you have a craving for Italian food while rocking your keto diet? I did, so I decided that nothing was going to stop me from giving into this craving. Yet, I was unwilling to come out of ketosis to do it. So I’m going to give you my keto spaghetti and meat sauce recipe, and keto garlic bread along with it.

You will need the following:
1 pound Grass Fed Beef
1 Organic Sugar free Spaghetti sauce
2 medium Zucchini stalks

First, you have to have a spiralizer. The spiralizer is used to spiral the zucchini or yellow squash combo into your noodles (or zoodles). I generally will get the meat cooking in the skillet while I’m spiraling the zoodles. Once your meat is cooked, use some organic no sugar spaghetti sauce right on top of your cooked meat. Once that is simmering, then start cooking your zucchini noodles. I either use my instapot for 1 minute, or I will throw them in a skillet to cook them with butter. After the noodles and meat sauce are ready, pour them into two separate bowls for serving purposes while you pull your bread out of the oven.

Keto bread recipe

You will need the following:

1 cup of almond flour

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1tbsp of garlic powder(garlic bread)

5 eggs

1/2 cup of melted butter or ghee

1/2 cup of coconut oil

 

Mix all of your wet ingredients together, and all of your dry ingredients together with a hand mixer. Once mix thoroughly, then combine your wet and dry ingredients with your hand mixer. Pour the batter into parchment paper inside of your bread pan. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes and poke the very tallest rise and you will know when it’s done if nothing sticks to your knife or toothpick. Look for a golden brown color, then pull out of the oven. Slice diagonally and place pads of butter on each slice.
 
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did. It was a perfect complement to my current ketogenic goals. And we sacrificed a night out at a restaurant to make this meal, and I’m so glad that we did because it was so much better then going out!
