My name is Zach Johannsen ACE Weight Management Specialist, ACSM P.T., and Integrative Wellness Academy Life Coach. I have been working with folks in the Northwest AR area for the past six Years in the Areas of Nutrition Consulting, Health Coaching, and personal Training. I have Coached Executives on the CEO levels of Sam’s Club, Walmart, Home Depot, George’s Chicken, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt.

I’m also a Personal Trainer in Fayetteville AR at Ozark Iron Gym. We Specialize in building a strong robust metabolism which in turn allows you to eat more food and still lose body fat. Where as main stream Trainers and Doctors will tell you to move more and eat less, which basically lowers your metabolism over time. Which is exactly why some people get stuck into a rut because eventually they lower and lower until they can’t lose weight at 1200 calories! That is a big problem!
